My husband and I are both artist. We like to try different mediums and styles. We work in acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, and sculpture. This Blog will be focused on our art, the processes, and places or things that inspire us to create.

mixed media boxes
this is just a few things i have been working on lately.
I had found a box of old photographs on the side of the road in someones trash. I have been using them in collage. I have no idea how they are!
the text in the painting was found on the back of the photograph of the woman standing by the road. |

Birthday flowers are a tradition around my house. They don't always have to be living. This is the "Birthday Bouquet" I received from my husband in 2010 and 2011.
Every year my Dad send me flowers for my birthday so this year I decided to paint him the bouquet he sent me and that be his bouquet for his birthday.
this painting is mixed media: acrylic and faber castell markers
